- What is the minimum value of an order that a customer can place?
A. We considered no order small or big. However, keep in mind that the cost of a small consignment is always on the higher because of the raw material and manufacturing cost and the freight rate structure.
- What are payment term?
- The following are the most common payment terms:
* We can receive your payment by Bank Transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Debit /Credit Card. You can pay for sample charges via PayPal.
ADVANCE PAYMENT IN INSTALMENTS: Bigger orders may be placed with 50% payment in advance. The balance is paid against delivery of documents (CAD) through a designated bank. The bank charges shall be borne by customers.
LETTER OF CREDIT: Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight is another way of payment.
- Please give information on freight charges?
- The shipping charges vary according to the weight/ volume of the shipment, destination port and mode of dispatch/delivery. The normal modes of shipment Air freight. We prefer Air freight however the consignment is sent as per instructions from the customers. For bigger shipment, delivery by sea is preferable to minimize cost. The customer may ask for prices inclusive of freight charges, or opt for receiving a consignment on “Freight on Board (FOB)” basis by providing us their International courier number. C.I.F. rates are quoted if the exact quantity, destination port and mode of dispatch are intimated.
- What if I cannot find the product I need in your website?
- Since there are so many article patterns manufactured in today’s growing and demanding apparel field that it is impossible to have all of them displayed on website. Just click and fill the Enquiry Form with some details of the instrument and we will quote you a price and lead-time for that item.
- What if I want my company logo /Art number embroidery on the article?
- No problem. Just submit to us your logo via e-mail at admin@shaent.com or shaent30@gmail.com . We will mark of that logo through embroidery on article
Q: How can I get the samples?
A: We can provide you a free sample of our existing products. The lead time is around 7-8 days. You need to pay for the sample delivery cost. Or you can let us know your courier account and we can book the sample to your account.
Q: What is your manufacture lead time for the order?
A: Our normal leading time is 15-20 days. If you have an urgent request, please let us know and we will try our best to shorten the leading time to meet your requirements.
